BRUGES EXPERIENCE
The initial name of the house is Huis den Struys, built in a gothic style. There are only 78 houses in the gothic style in bruges, and generally speaking the gothic houses are le oldest in town.
Where to Park in Bruges (and how much it costs)
You can find spots in the street, mainly in the Spanjaardstraat. If there are none available at the end of the street but BEFORE the canal or bridge turn right and right again. Then you are in a small square with further parking and also the possibility to load an electric car. In the streets parking is paid with a maximum of 4 hours.
The closet parking is the interparking BIEKORF. I think 16€ a day.
The cheapest is the park and ride at the train station. 7€ per day and there is a free shuttle from 7:00 to 19:00. The shuttle drives through the city and you can ask the driver to leave you closest to Biskajersplein or jan Van Eyke Plein.
There is only one train station in bruges. You can get a free shuttle from the train station driving around bruges from 7:00 to 19:00. Ask the driver to tell you when he gets to the Biskajersplein or the Jan van Eyke Plein. From there it is only steps.
